Pickleball Court Builders of Houston provides pickleball court design, installation, resurfacing, lighting, maintenance, and related services in Houston,TX and surrounding areas. All services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Estimates and Quotations

All estimates and quotations provided by Pickleball Court Builders of Houston are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and project specifications.

Final pricing will be determined after a complete site evaluation and assessment of project requirements. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required to secure project scheduling
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project
• We accept payment by check, credit card, or wire transfer

Late payments may be subject to finance charges and collection fees.

5. Project Scheduling and Delays

Project start dates and completion times are estimates only. Pickleball Court Builders of Houstonwill make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Material availability or supply chain issues
• Permitting or inspection delays
• Changes to project scope
• Site conditions discovered during construction
• Force majeure events

6. Warranties

Pickleball Court Builders of Houston provides warranties on workmanship and materials as specified in individual project contracts. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be clearly outlined in your project documentation.

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from extreme weather events
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Issues arising from failure to follow maintenance recommendations
